Refund was founded by Wayne Ormond with a vision. To be different and to stand out. We do this by having a focus on customer service as well as giving something unique back to our customers.

The Refund Group franchises share the philosophy of “building success through sharing with our customers”. Our business is run so that it directly benefits our customers. The most notable way is that we share our commission with our customers as our way of saying “thank you for doing business with us.”

Since our inception in September 2003, the Refund Group has grown substantially and now has over 170 franchisees nationally. Each franchisee is carefully selected by our highly skilled acquisition team, to ensure that the highest calibre of people are representing our unique brand name. This does not exclude potential franchisees from any particular profession. Our franchisees come from all walks of life – from trades people through to teachers and accountants. Our criterion for potential franchisees comes down to enthusiasm, people skills and the willingness to learn and excel at being different.
